Reduction of the notary’s fee

Pursuing the joint ministerial decree 72386/8-10-2015 published on the 9th of October 2015, the previous decree 11376/31−12−2011 concerning the notary’s fees, was modified, so that paragraph 1 of article 1, according to which the notary’s fee for a transaction amount up to 120.000,00 Euros was 1% ,  was replaced so that the notary’s fee for a  transaction amount up to 120.000,00 Euros will be 0,80%. As for the rest of the content of the 111376/31−12−2011 it remains fully in force.
