Stone house in residential area with sea views

This two bedroom stone built house is situated in a quiet residential street in Kalathas village. The front terrace is tiled and there is room for some seating so you can enjoy looking down to the sea. 

Ground Floor

The front door opens into the open plan living/dining room. There is a small toilet, with a washing machine, under the stairs. The compact fitted kitchen is at the back of the house and has a door opening out to the private back terrace and the communal gardens. In the communal gardens there are mature fruit trees, an olive tree and a shared built-in barbecue.   

Top Floor

Up the stone staircase are two bedrooms and the bathroom with a fitted shower cabin.  The front bedroom has a small balcony with sea views.  From this balcony there is a shared metal stairway leading to the roof terrace.  The roof has a tiled floor, over insulation which helps keep the house cool, and gives views out to sea and up to the mountains.
