Restored traditional house in Theriso

The property is in a unique location in the green and historic village of Theriso. It is a two storey restored house into a plot of about 2,000sqm. 

Entering the house from the top floor we meet an open plan space with the kitchen and the dining area and the living area with the traditional fireplace. The top floor has also a large terrace with stunning mountain views and views of the village.

A wooden staircase leads to the ground floor where we find a bedroom, the bathroom and a small studio with its own kitchenette, living room and bedroom. The ground floor has also a separate main entrance with access to the plot.

This historical stone house was built in the 19^th century. In 2000 it was fully restored according to the highest construction standards. Today it looks exactly like with the original first building, but it also provides the comforts of a modern newly-built house.

The area of Theriso is a winter holiday destination for both local and foreign visitors because of its history and its natural beauty.
